Health Insurance is not a requirement for care at our office. However, we are a preferred provider with Blue Shield, and we accept "out of network" PPO benefits for all carriers. Most health care plans have unique provisions. As a courtesy, we will verify your benefits.

It should be noted that many fees are discounted for Cash paying patients. The reduced cash fees reflect our savings because we will not have to bear the administrative overhead and efforts to file claims, review claims, monitor claims, or to keep billable/detailed records of each visit, examination, re-examination, and progress reports. A greater fee reduction is also available when fees are paid in advance, and with our family plans.
