  The Entry period is August 1, 2010 – October 31, 2010

 A Drawing Entry is obtained by any one of the following means:

(1)   Refer someone in for care at Community Chiropractic Center.
(Chiropractic or Massage)

(2)   Come in as a New Patient at Community Chiropractic Center.

(3)   Attend any of the ‘New Patient Orientation’ Classes during the Entry period.

(4)   Bring a friend to attend a class during the Entry period.

(5)   Write a Testimonial about your Care you received from Community Chiropractic Center.

(6)   Purchase any Gift Certificates at non-discounted prices.

(7)   Extra Credit – refer in anyone who has been in an Auto Accident, is Pregnant, or is a Headache Sufferer and receive 3 entries.

* ‘Massages for a Year’ is defined as membership in ‘The Rub Club’ at Community Chiropractic Center, Poway. Massages awarded equal to two (2) one half hour (½) massages per month for twelve months, beginning January 2011 and ending December 2011. Any of the 3 Winners may use the value of this award as base application for greater massage programs offered at Community Chiropractic Center, Poway; however, there is 'no cash value' for these awards.
