I am a 79-year-old female and I have had Chiropractic care off and on for over 30 years. I find that good Chiropractic care helps me with my health problems. I just moved to Poway 6 months ago. I have some health problems and past surgeries that need frequent care.

            I began looking for new practitioners in the area and was told that the earliest I could see any M.D. was 6 months. When I called Community Chiropractic Center I was delighted to find that I was able to get in to see Dr. Mark the same week that I placed my call.

            My main symptoms are: pain (overall and localized in some areas), lung surgery in April of 2002. In the past I have had breast cancer and for the past 10 years I have had fibromyalgia. I also suffer from panic and anxiety disorders for the past 15 years.

            Other Doctors I have seen are: Oncologist, Arthritis specialist, Rheumatologist, Psychologist, Psychiatrist and a Physical Therapist.

            Since I began seeing Dr. Mark I no longer have to take the pain medicine I have been on for years. The pain is not all entirely gone but it is so manageable now. I had many side effects from withdrawals of the medicines that other Doctors had prescribed to treat my anxiety and Dr. Mark’s treatments have helped with all of those problems.

            While under Dr. Mark’s care I never fear of a broken bone or that an adjustment will hurt me.

            Each of his treatments is administered with the utmost quality, professionalism, love and care. I am so grateful to Dr. Mark he has changed my life for the better and continues to do so each time I see him.
